Jul 2015
Trapped between these prison walls
I watched, in dread, the angel fall
Innocence crushed like autumn leaves
And blown away by sad wind heaves
Hands are scarred from picking up pieces of this broken dream
Paralyzed mentally, ignore my screams
Darkness shrouds the corners of my heart
The foundation has crumbled into parts
This isolation will freeze my bones
Insanity taking over so no ones home
I just want to live alone
