A humane heart, a treacherous mind,
Sinned wit, humour entwined,
Fancy a glass? A goblet? A barrel?
Or shackled pigs singing last carol?
Black, white, brown, red,
Tender meat how we all crave,
Born of hate, born of disgust,
A vicious hunger, vengeful lust,
Stomp! Slash! Smash! Hush!
Hear the butchers’ skilled mush,
Hear the hope of hymn fade!
Hear the men jest and wade!
Hear blind men slay men!
