Seeking asylum behind the wall and
if Jerusalem should fall
we'll head off to a desert isle.

I'm going to
file that away for a rainy day which
may be tomorrow,
who knows.

Down here in Le Havre
watching ferries calve cars
it all seems like madness to dream
for a while of soft sand and an isle
when the desert is here
within me.
