Times have changed, I have to admit
But some things are still sacred from where I sit
In the face of convention you hoc n' spit
That's why your agenda gives me a fit

Embrace the now some people say
Whether lesbian, bi, transgender or gay
What does it matter any ol' way
But just because you're in love doesn't make it's okay

I'm at least entitled to an opinion too
Even if that opinion opposes your view
You're outside of the norm you know it's true
Only heed what I'm saying if it applies to you

Embrace the now some people say
Whether lesbian,bi,  transgender or gay
What does it matter any ol' way
But just because you;re in love doesn't make it okay

Don't call me  homophobic as many of you do
Cos' I'm not the one passing judgment on you
Doing what you want to makes perfect sense
If you're prepared to pay the consequence

If I stopped and picked a quote from the Devine
And you know there are many that I could find
You'd probably accuse me of bias or lying
But let's see which one of us ends up frying

Embrace the now some people say
Whether lesbian, bi, transgender or gay
What does it matter any ol' way
But just because you're in love doesn't make it okay
Embrace The Now is admittedly politically incorrect, but represents a point of view that has been rejected by the politically correct crowd.  All points of view have validity.  It depends on one's perspective.
