Life continues...
And for the most part I would say I am fine without you.

But occasionally, you appear in my dreams...
Reminding me what I've had...
What I've lost...

A power you still have over me.
Waking with an old familiar feeling once again.

I know that this is how it's meant to be.
But there's always that split second of willingness to go with you...
If you asked...

It screams risk.
It screams adventure.

But I know I'd be rereading an old chapter...
Nothing's really changed even though I wish it would.
