May 2015
He throws spirals into the air
And twists my words into melodies
With a twirl of the hair

My thoughts are the shadows that follow us
They are always dark
In sunlight we breathe freely
Our lungs are not what they used to be

Take another cigarette
Better that they burn yr heart out
Instead
