It was a footstep being a dream It wasn’t an imagination it seemed Heaven is a place of totally delight But too the most part, it is out of Earth’s sight The Pearly Gates were decked out in gold The Angels being like armed guards in Heaven’s behold Yet you could hear praises and songs in the background Yet I was still alive and not Heaven bound Rainbows sparkled the Heavenly city But to the Earth below living in sin and the thought was Oh what a pity A blanket of white filled the Heavenly throne The subject was Jesus and this I always known It was a very relaxed atmosphere All the earmarks of joy and praise to preserver Yet it seemed like a dream But Heaven is like a clear crystal stream A rejoicing place Heaven the city that will never ever be erased Heaven being above all things A reason to praise, and as servants seeing the amaze, but Jesus eyes our spirits shall be raised.
