The Parental Wall
This force is strong,
It keeps pulling me.
Pulling me towards a wall.
That seems to never end.
In all sincerity,
This wall has blocked me.
Every time I try to climb,
Concrete scrapes my hands and arms,
As I fall.
Every time my wings spread,
Their torn apart.
Repeatedly.
Searing pain,
Erupts inside my soul.
As I scream.
Screaming for the one,
Who waits on the other side.
The one I love.
Blocked by this parental wall.
I keep screaming and kicking the wall,
Every bone in my body breaks.
And I'm to submit.
To the walls wishes.
Submitting like a broken being,
When my mate waits for me.
