I crumble beneath
The sea of sorrow
My tears are shed
On the white fluffy pillow
I toss and turn
Trying to fall asleep
But my eyes burn
And there seems like there's no relief

I try to get you out of my mind
But our love we had together seemed right
We made it through thick and thin
Only to come up empty handed in the end
For years we only pretended to like things we did together
I think it was cute how we were trying to be friends

Now we're both wallowing in a sea of sorrow
Things change and we can't seem to get it together
You want it all and I want to move forward
We can't seem like we can agree on anything
How the **** can we ever get on track?
So now it's time to take these tears and hold them back
