I wish to compose a soulful melody for you



A rhapsodic piece of expression and harmony,



On the heartstrings held within.



With my heart as its rhythmic beat.



Capturing my feelings to my core.



I wish to sing a song for you



That would shame any songbirds serenade,



Resonating with darkness and light



Vibrating through the echoes of my blood.



But I can neither draw, write music or sing,



So my artistic expression sits in silence inside me,
