You took the air from off my lungs
Gasping and heaving, blood stops to run
Veins tightening, fainting fade to black
Waking from the otherside, struggling to go back
With just one lie, it ended just like that
Why'd I believe in you? Surrendering my heart
You ripped it from the inside, like a newborn child
Coming out the womb, with hatred so wild
What I'd ever done to deserve me like this
We can start all over just hug me with a kiss
You took the world from off my eyes
And now I'm not afraid in exchanging goodbyes
With all regrets,mistakes and lies
Taking them all to the grave when the moment dies
