I sit wrapped in an old shawl, I hold my favorite cup tightly as the coffee steams in the cool evening air. I look our over fading green grass and the golden glimmer of the days last light. I rock back and forth in my swing as it creaks with its weathered wood from ages gone by. I see long shadows as a cool breeze flows through my hair, cascading dark strands with streaks of silver gotten from hard won experience and mistakes made. I smile at all of the things I see and feel all of my sorrows slip away, as I watch the last rays of day fall into a cool starry night, I cast off the remains of the day.
A single moment can summarize the feelings of a life time.
