Poems
Jun 2011
it is not permissible
mountains
contain more than just memories
of free peoples
i walk thru rivers misted over
by death
and the tears of the few
remaining humans here
the haunted halls
of a debased congress
a dead nation
worshiping a demented god
rotten
to the very
heart of it all
stink up the place
----
i sing with you of spirit
still and calm
who were actually here
and are still here
(and calm)
-------
in a moment maybe
in a day or something that holds
that which it is not
permissible
to forget
not permissible
it is not permissible
for you to walk away
---------
mountain
hold the river song
listen!
it is not permissible
to die
it is not permissible
to debase
the sacred spirit
(as you know)
