worthless dreams
they are turning down the street
of my subconscious mind
creating story lines
the subtle lies
I'll watch tonight
and feel less of me
than what I dreamed
i thought i'd be
in real life.

Take the time
in your waking hours
to do what's right and
find the power
to create the things
God's leading you
this precious hour
to be everything He made you for
and then tonight
it's His delight
you'll win the fight with
worthless dreams.
