Poems
Mar 2015
midnight at the club
heavy breathing
people jumping,
pulsating
into dark,
complete darkness
yet
out of darkness
comes light
it's nearly midnight
no one else in sight
but her
she wears a white
tight
light dress,
illuminating the club,
dark no more
only white
light
bright
tight
sweat
wet
control yourself
you animal,
just breathe
but
i can almost feel a tuxedo
on my bones, white as the dress
i can almost hear the bells,
calling my name
the midnight wedding i see,
all in her dress
all before she leaves me
leads me,
back into darkness
