Mind
An aimless mind.
Wandering through the abyss of life.
Gathering the unforseen,
but disregarding the dim and shallow.

Looking for the body it once inhabited.
It renounced itself.
When it finally lost its way.
For the purpose to "fit in"

Body
The body now blends with the dim and shallow.
Just to be accepted among the others.
Leaving the ones that truly cared,
Alone in the abyss regretting that they cared.

It once was bright and thoughtful.
Somewhere on life's journey,
It was torn from it's true self.
Morals, pride, and all...lost.

Lost?
Is it turning this new road,
to its primary life journey?
Is it experimenting with life?
Or is it truly lost to the dim and shallow?
