On baited breath
For when you turn away
So you might not have to see
What I have to say

You really feel it tonight
You really want me to see
So you put it without letters
And I know its there for me

Though you grant me not that privilege
Though your life, clear I can see
I taste jealousy, at a love so radiant
But lay silent, letting your emotions live free

On baited breath
For when you turn away
Maybe nights when you feel for me
Are the nights when I've turned away.
far too proud of my last quatrain
