Feb 2015
I just looked at our truck
And then up at the sky
And *******,
I could not think of anything else
Besides you and me,
Laying in the bed of it,
Blankets and pillows surrounding us,
As we stare at the stars above.
A gentle summer breeze washes over us,
And I  swear,
I can hear my heartbeat thudding,
As we nestle closer,
To keep out the chill of the evening.

If only you knew how I felt.
If only it wasn't the dead of winter
