When I sing I sing for all
sliding my hopes into empty dreams
close your ears if you want
but you will still hear me sing

I know you know
and when I sing
only havoc it will bring
and the birth of a new king

Our darkness is our light
truly kind, but we seem to frighten you
if you want we can make and change
change into kinder forms

In the light of spring
I truly mean to sing
not just to the stars
but to everything
