Just the thought of you brings upon hurt.
Just for someone to mention your name.
Even makes it worse.
Bitter memories, just thinking about you.

Which every since you left.
I have tried not to do.
Except these bitter memories comes back to haunt me.

I'm not totally innocent.
Cause I'm partial guilty too.
But within this story of our lives.
I did more better toward you.
Then you ever tried to do toward me.

And whenever we cross path.
We are cordial to one another.
But in our eyes and voice stands so much pain.
Covering up bitter memories.
