The day arrived
Little Lucy all decked out.
Bunch of big guys
And little girls
On the floor
Of the valentines dance.
People galore.
Four four music
In
Ten ten little girl style.
Two hours is
Not
Long
Or is it?
The fun began
Sometimes I picked her up
Twirling us around.
Not very fast of course
Or we would go down.
She had fun
And so did I
Next year we will
Give it another try.

Sure glad I had
Taken two pain pills.
