I can't make you keep loving me.
I can't keep you from leaving.
I can't keep my heart from breaking,
Or convince you I'm worth keeping.

I'll probably always be this clingy.
I know you hate that I'm so needy.
But it doesn't matter anymore cuz you don't want me.

You can deny it if you wish.
But I knew something was amiss,
Since that first time you dodged my waiting lips.
I wish I could make it all better, that I wasn't like this.

Doesn't matter anymore.
I have no new places on my body for you to explore.
Take my heart with you as away you soar.
I'll be still here, always your girl.
