Cobwebs clinging to death.
Corpses it caresses.
Hideous messes.
Belonging in the crypt.
Demise you can't fix.
Solitary confinemint shelled in a coffin or casket.
Dark, cold, & underground.
No flowers in a basket.
Six feet under rumble.
Decayed & crumbled.
A headstone to remember.
A tragedy to wonder.
A restless sleep in slumber.
Without peace.
LIFE just cease.
Death is haunting.
Mortality is a curse that is taunting.
Author Notes

My dad is the only one I knew that died. At 81 in 2009. Of natural causes. He was cremated.
