War is just war
a battle just a battle
but death comes
broken hearts trailing
it matters not the winning
just the partaking

To say, oh yes I was there
and I fought all my fears
Yes I stood proud
and held my ground
I was a puppet once
but never will be anymore

My life was shattered for years
for all the battles I fought for you
I could of died for the love of you
even now for you to hell I would go
keep me your banner black and strong
for you to me can do no wrong

My sweet sister of kind
you know my sweet name
and you now so mighty
what could I ask for more
I'm married to you
as war is just war
