Dec 2014
I sit here, as high as a kite
as the day dies to the night
let wrong say goodbye to the right
another shadow to lie to the light

I can be as cold as a stone
I chose this road as a home
you won't find a road as alone
and my spirit is as old as a bone

I can get as hot as the sun
worldly thoughts, not of this one
I don't know how I got in this gun
but I'm glad to have a shot at the fun
