Heart sound
An Indian’s drum
Thunder in the sky
The bass in a song

Heart sound
The sound of love
Heart sound

Heart sound
Gunshots through the air
Bumps on the road
Sticks of dynamite

Heart sound
The sound of love
Heart sound

Slow heart sound
Glass breaking
The ripping of paper
Nails on a chalkboard

Slow heart sound
The sound of lost love
Slow heart sound

Drinking wine
Eating lobster
Relaxing under blue skies
And the poor man cries

Going to the club
Driving the sports car
Wearing suites and ties
And the poor man cries

Living in a mansion
Taking vacations
Eating cakes and pies
And the poor man cries

He is alone
No friends or family
Has nothing to live for
Is not healthy or clean
Cannot get food
So he lays there and dies
And no one cries

You hear the sound of a drill
As it pieces through your soft skull
Grinding like your teeth
As you feel the pain

Metal lightning being beaten
In your head with Thor’s hammer
Bringing a waterfall of tears
Rivers down your face

A boulder crushing your neck
Don’t move, it could fall
Shattering like a gunshot
Through a window

The temperature rises
An inferno in your mind
Melting your brain
Frying the flesh of memories

A head of mush
A blurry world in your mind
One more steal tear
You blacken out

A heart full of needles
A down poor of tears
A hammer in the head

How am I happy without you?
You left me with this pain
Can you honestly say you don’t miss me?
I miss you

The stutter of the voice
The death like feeling in the legs
A desert in the throat

You will not call
I can’t eat
I can’t sleep
Why did you do this?
You just gave me up

Shivers down the spine
Numbness of the mind
Paper cuts on the lips

Is this it?
You just want to throw it away
You want to move on
Just walk away from it all

Cramps in the fingers
Rocks in the stomach
Buzzing in the ears

The end of a relationship

We arrive at school
Then we say hello
We go about our day
We both leave school
Then we say goodbye
We head on home

This is our common day
Like most friends it makes us happy
You could say we have a strong bond
Two buddies just hanging out
A common day for common folk
Just two of a kind

We arrive at school
Then we say hello
We go about our day
We both leave school
You don’t say goodbye
Something is wrong

What has happened?
Our routine has changed
Why did you change it?
Did I do something wrong?
You look sad
I will talk to you tomorrow

I arrive at school
I can’t say hello
You are not there
I leave school
I can’t say goodbye….ever again

Why did you take your life?

I remember a sound time
A time of firm smile
My hand on my tepid chest
I felt an abundant marching band
The beats sung with intensity
Saturating my mind with music candy

But that was long ago
My broken chest
Now a cold pallid flesh
Sings merrily no more
My brittle hand feels no movement
Has my once satisfied heart died?

Using both of my shimmering hands
I willingly rip open my chest
Like a present of non excitement
Then what my weeping eyes saw
Sent my mind to the electric chair
There was an inky endless hole
In my once flowing heart
The warm crimson sugar
Had drained all out
This is why I could not feel

If only I could find the one called her
Maybe she has the missing piece
Then just by her alluring eyes
My heart will start a motif again
Until I feel her silk like touch
Which fills my heart back up with red

Then as we hold close
We embody each other
Becoming one prime heart
One intensely roaring band
Playing the music of flame
Then this time forgotten
Will be remembered

There is one time when the body pauses
The dazzling placid late night

Inside a concealed crisp castle
There is a slacked thrown of pose
One trivial light flickers softly
Beside a firm restful coffin

Now I lay me down to sleep
A phrase heard through life
Happens in the reality of this moment

Stripping cloth from the frosted vision
Once again becoming true natural
The chilled air surrounds the body
Seeping in the lowered soul
Laying ever so still on a lush plank
A quicksand of memories as the body sinks

The light now slender
Nothing but the somber knights
They cover a chattered body
Leaving a sense of protection and warmth

Are the eyes open or closed?
A thought lucidly pounding in the brain

The sense of smell is the true friend
At this sudden listless time
Only supple crystals shift the nose
Tingling the starved fragile hairs

Face cannot be wiped
The body is made of oppressed stone
The arms weighted to a pull
Tied down by tickled silk shackles
The legs a block of endless heavy
The body is no more a vital vessel
But an anchored hard shell

Although the fleshy mind stays alert
Thoughts, dreams, emotions
Marinating in a skulled ***
Fusing together to make a dream
An intense deep sleep
In the world of non reality
