2) If your mind thinks it's an option, 911 can get you help. (Might seem extreme but what would you do if you knew your mother, or brother, or Dad was a couple minutes from death?)

The intricacies of our emotions are such that we cannot trust ourselves and our feelings of worthlessness are just compounded because we're not able to adequately take care of ourselves. It feels defeating to ask for help but it's actually the most empowering thing you can do.
