Two sisters walked by the tropical shore
And gazed at the sunset the west
On an island with the silhouettes of palm trees
They sat, and watched the pretty sunset
As it faded
Like a painting being erased from canvas
After that came Night and we danced
With the Sea Fairies
We sang the prettiest Tropical songs
And hushed the world to sleep
And we played on the Enchanted ukulele
And on the prettiest harp you ever heard
We sung and danced
And played on our ukulele and harp
All Night long
The next morning the dew
Like sparkling shining jewels
Kissed the hibiscus blooms
And waked them up from sleep
And the breeze stirred
The lacy green leaves
Of the majestic palm trees
Sunrays felt lovely and warm
On our cheeks
And the ocean never
Felt cooler
When we waded through
The singing waves that morning

Jesus, I my cross have taken,
All to leave and follow Thee;
Naked, poor, despised, forsaken,
Thou, from hence, my all shalt be.
Perish ev'ry fond ambition,
All I've sought or hoped or known;
Yet how rich is my condition!
God and heav'n are still my own.

Let the world despise and leave me,
They have left my Saviour too;
Human hearts and looks deceive me;
Thou art not like them untrue;
And while Thou shalt smile upon me,
God of wisdom, love, and might,
Foes may hate and friends may shun me;

Show Thy face and all is bright.
Man may trouble and distress me,
'Twill but drive me to Thy breast;
Life with trials hard may press me;
Heav'n will bring me sweeter rest.
Oh, tis not in grief to harm me,
While Thy love is left to me;
Oh,'twere not in joy to charm me,
Were that joy unmixed with Thee.

It came upon the midnight clear, That glorious song of old,
From angels bending near the earth To touch their harps of gold:
"Peace on the earth, good will to men, From heav'n's all gracious King:" The
world in solemn stillness lay To hear the angels sing.

Still thro' the cloven skies they come, With peaceful wings unfurled,
And still their heav'nly music floats O'er all the weary world:
Above its sad and lowly plains They bend on hov'ring wing: And
ever o'er its Babel sounds The blessed angels sing.

And ye, beneath life's crushing load, Whose forms are bending low,
Who toil along the climbing way With painful steps and slow,
Look now! for glad golden hours Come swiftly on the wing; O
rest beside the weary road, And hear the angels sing.

For lo, the days are hast'ning on, By prophet bards foretold,
When the ever circling years Comes round the age of gold,
When peace shall over all the earth Its ancient splendors fling, And
the world would give back the song Which now the angels sing. AMEN.

I
Just love
Instruments
And sweet music—
Classical music
Because it's beautiful
And soothing to listen to
For I cannot help myself but
To listen to it's pretty beauty

*~Marian~

Please, do not leave!!
My heart would be torn forever
Bleeding like the flowers called: Bleeding Hearts
Forever crying forever weeping
Forever depressed
I beg you not to leave
Of all the people on HP you are the best
The best yet!!!
The VERY best ever!!
Forever tears falling
From fair cheeks

Cheer up, sweetie!!
You'll see Budgie again in Heaven
Where God takes all animals to be with Him
And Budgie is up there too
Singing with a voice that's loud
Perhaps Budgie is even playing on a harp
A harp of sparkling glittering gold
Budgie is singing for God
Praising Him with a voice that's sweet
Budgie is happily flying forever in Heaven
Which is literally Paradise
Where flowers grow
Birds sing
Where angels play upon harps
Where the sky is royal
Sapphire blue
And the Fountain of Life
Is reflected by the blue
In the sky
Where kittens chase butterflies
Forever happy
Every bird is singing
Praising God and so is Budgie
And she is happy with the Lord
Her Creator
Who made her in the likeness of Him

Do not easily give up, don't lose hope
Problems may just be blessings in disguise,
Hardships may come but we'll manage to cope.
Do not easily give up, don't lose hope
Get on with life, don't just sit back and mope
Our own future, to our attitude lies.
Do not easily give up, don't lose hope
Problems may just be blessings in disguise.
My first triolet :) as taught by my teacher here on Hello :)
