It's okay for Children to bear witness
to brutal death, verbal assault and dismemberment
but to have them see a nice pair of **** or genuine human affection
is a total ******* catastrophe in this backwards world
that demands mechanical Zenophobia and Amorophobia
before it encourages general Love for your fellow Human.
At least to me,
Actually,
I have many personalities.
They fight and squabble in my brain,
But you believe it’s just a game.
When I talk to different people,
There seems to be a sense,
Because everything I say,
Doesn't always make sense.
Although some people who understand,
Find keeping all the personalities,
A quite difficult task,
Do you care to ask.
I guess I confuse myself,
Before I lose myself,
Especially when I’m by myself.
What’s the difference between the two,
Well why the hell am I asking you.
The night,
Nocturnal.
Is locked,
In your journal.
Nicknamed,
For your heart.
Where you keep the souls of those,
You ripped apart.
Shhh you say,
It'll be over soon.
Wait until the afternoon,
After the moon.
Before dawn,
When everyone's gone.
Shhh you say,
Stay quiet.
You don't want a riot.
You'll destroy all of them,
The same way you destroyed I.
You screamed in my face face,
I won't be defied.
It won't work,
I know I've tried.
As you silently suffocate,
The bodies you hide.
Shhh you say.
Our overzealous international "War on Drugs"
has not only failed,
but is a front
for secret wars and rigged elections
around the world.

She caught me cleaning the countertops
in the kitchen,
coffee stains and crumbs of
corn chex
needing removal and
crunchy disposal.

she came unexpected.

off to shower, she had said.

she watched silently,
then wept copiously,
bawling as if it were the first time,
tears and copious were married.

what! what did I do?

you cleaned the countertops,
reminding me why
I love you.

I lent her my paper towel,
for surely she needed it now
more than those countertops.

The Sorceress, Jacob's Most Beloved

she had eyes for me
I knew it
she knew it
man among boys
stare beguiling no accident
entrancement, entrapment,
of course, her eyes hid,
but knew it anyway, for
her warmth dripped into my body,
resting happily within my centre.

why not?

her sorcery, profound,
when she cast the words,
she cast them instantly
without human fore thought,
thus pleasing and being pleasing,
when her branded magi magic
home in other people's minds
did come to rest.

the spells cast
in and on me
own me as much
as I now am possessed,
and in possession of them,
though which is more powerful
is indeterminate,
for I am stained
either way.

in a quiet hamlet,
in an ancient thorp,
the lambs, white and happy
prance on the commons,
the El god's angel disguised,
fresh and unbroken,
I observe the only one,
spotted, stained, like me,
open hid on this earth.
bleating,
I am my beloved's,
and my beloved is mine,
mine very own sorceress.

Nothing So Sensuous

Last night, I went back in time and met Alice Liddell in 1862.
Alice Pleasance Liddell, known for most of her adult life by her married name, Alice Hargreaves, inspired the children's classic Alice's Adventures in Wonderland by Lewis Carroll, whose protagonist Alice is said to be named after her.  See her, greet her, in my banner photo, and all will clear.
~~~~~~~~~
nothing so sensuous
as to watch a woman,
nay, a woman child,
brush her hair
in the mirror.
sensuous,
more than sensual,
all my senses
affected.
luxuriating in a gift that
cannot be
bought,
her head titled,
then thrown
from her chest as far back,
your eyes see waves
of chestnut in
slow motion,
the smile on her face
for the knowing that
she has
sorcerer succeeded
in capturing
all of you.
mesmerizer,
she languidly strokes
her hair,
though it needs it not.
no, she brushes you
to your
knees,
your eyes,
see her eyes,
in the mirror,
the woman's sensuality
maddening.
every sense alerted,
you body fired,
far beyond
merely stirred,
she has you,
and then she asks...
would you brush my hair?
have you ever been in love?
have you ever had to tell someone
you no longer loved them
though you still did?
you answer:
Oh yes, Oh may I?
yes, with you totally, at this very instant.
yes, for I
must leave you
and return to
my time, my age,
150 years from now
the only way
I can do that
is to lie to myself,
no, I do not love you
that much,
not that way,
pretense,
for the agony of this
impermissible desire
is such ecstasy,
that I can
only dare to
write of it,
in my time,
lest I fulfill
it in ours.
A true story, a true adventure. If u want to time travel with me, then u must come to NYC, for that is where I depart.  All expenses paid for time travel.  You come here, we travel. Must be 21 and over and bring proof of age.  They are Fussy, about that!
Also, must make reservation well in advance. Small time travel machine accommodates only 15 people....and currently the only "destination" is Victorian England.
Sometimes all it ******* takes in Life
is having a single iota of Self Control
for One to bypass much grief and strife
circumventing Victim for some other role;
moreover, I feel I must clarify,
One must not lose One's Self to this,
I wish to convey in some Earthly way
Self-Discipline seems akin to Bliss.
Yes, as a matter of fact, is is exactly that hard.
However hard that is, however, is entirely up to you.
**** Morecraft said
about joining the Scouts
who used
the church hall
good venture
he said
we do things
tie knots
and learn
about nature
how to start a fire
with two bits of wood
and sing songs
around campfires
and so on he went
walking home from school
you wanting to join the scouts
like you wanted diarrhoea
listening half heartedly
thinking of what
was for tea
or what to do
after school
and where to go
and we learn how
to put up tents
**** added
the last straw
ok
you said
I’ll think about it
see you around
and so off he went
along Newington Butts
and you went down
the subway and along
whistling
hands in pockets
when you saw Ingrid
up ahead with bent shoulders
and lowered head
what’s up? you said
and she showed you
a tear
in her school dress
a rip in the side
showing
her white vest
my dad’ll **** me
(not quite you knew
but he’d beat her
black and blue)
what do I do?
she said crying
wiping her eyes
don’t go home
just yet
you said
my mum’ll sew it up
like new
we’ll go to
my place first
that’s what we’ll do
so you walked
up and out the subway
and across the bomb site
and up Meadow Row
(her mother or father
needn’t know)
and up the concrete stairs
to your flat and in
and you explained
to your mother
what was wrong
and she said she’d fix it
with needle and thread
and so Ingrid
took off the dress
and gave it
to your mother to sew
and sat there
in the sitting room
in her vest and underwear
fiddling with her fingers
looking around
the room shyly
arms and legs
carrying badges
of black and blue
go get Ingrid
a glass of Tizer
and biscuit
your mother said
and don’t gawk so
and so you went
to the kitchen
and poured
a glass of Tizer
and got a biscuit
from a tin
and took them in
Ingrid wide eyed said
thank you
and took the biscuit
and glass
and nibbled
and sipped
and you told her
about the scouts
and what
Morecraft said
about tents
and tying knots
and lighting fires
with sticks
and such
(not caring much)
and all the time
eyeing the bruises
and welts on legs
and arms
and your mother said
don’t stare so
at Ingrid in her
white( near grey)vest
and underwear
so you changed
the subject
to the cinema
about some cowboy film
where the good guy
twirls his gun
and goes pop pop pop
you said
and gets the baddies
dead
just like that
and how after
the boring bit
where he kisses a girl
he twirls
his gun again
(you need
to practice that)
and she listened
as she sipped her drink
and nibbled the biscuit
sitting there
with her badges
of blue and black
in her underwear
and a red line
across
her skinny back.
