She never thought it would come to this,
even though what he said was true.
She didnt think he'd do it,
so she left him in the blue.

The feelings she had felt for him,
were hidden everyday.
She took a chance to see the truth,
and now he gave his life away.

People say it was a sad mistake,
though the guilt and pain stays the same.
She can see it now and understand,
shes just become part of his suicide game.

Do not go gentle into that good night,
Old age should burn and rave at close of day;
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

Though wise men at their end know dark is right,
Because their words had forked no lightning they
Do not go gentle into that good night.

Good men, the last wave by, crying how bright
Their frail deeds might have danced in a green bay,
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

Wild men who caught and sang the sun in flight,
And learn, too late, they grieved it on its way,
Do not go gentle into that good night.

Grave men, near death, who see with blinding sight
Blind eyes could blaze like meteors and be gay,
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

And you, my father, there on that sad height,
Curse, bless, me now with your fierce tears, I pray.
Do not go gentle into that good night.
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.
My phone is broke,
Im so so lost,
What will i do, how much will it cost?,
My phone is broke, my only means,
Of  contact with you,
I want to scream!,
My phone is wet, please help me god,
Oh such a state,i poke and ****,
Im panicking, don't think im gone,
Its just my limb, out on the lawn.......

Have you ever held your hand still
Just above a river’s passing water
Liquid rushing by reaching for your skin
Jumping up; eager to commune with you
Beckoning you to dip a finger in

Tears
and rain,
sit upon
my eyelashes.
One shows my pain, one washes it away.

The grey clouds are one with my breaking heart.
Shedding their pain
in tune with
my souls
cry

To
accept
that Grandma
is leaving me,
is easier to say than to live through.

Each slowing beat of her heart pierces me.
My second mom,
my best friend,
dying
now.

Her
grace and
wisdom will
stay with me still.
I am, today, the woman she molded.

Touching so many, giving of herself.
Angel on earth,
soon to be
going
home.
This is written in the poetic form of "Tetractys"  The scheme is a syllable count of 1,2,3,4,10...then reverse the count 10,4,3,2,1 and so on
The sea gave off a cry tonight,
It plays home to a child,
Her father threw her out of sight,
The sea swallowed her, so wild.

Her mother pushed and screamed all day,
Until the sun shone twice,
The blood would flow without delay,
Her grip was like a vice.

While pain would ebb and flow for her,
She knew her life was slipping,
But he refused to let her go,
The fear was ever gripping.

When finally the child was born,
And mother gave a sigh,
The father cleaned as best he could,
The mother closed her eyes.

A wail crawled from the fathers throat,
A pain beyond compare,
He'd lost his only love that night,
To love this child, he could not bare.

He struggled down the beach, that night,
With baby wrapped in cloth,
He swore up to the lord with spite,
And stepped in to the sea- like froth.

The sea crys out in pain tonight,
It's tears make waves, so wild,
A life, just barely started off,
She plays home to a child.
Caught somewhere in the middle
between the darkness and the light
Her life lived in the shadows
seeking solace in the night

Innocence and tragedy
too often hand in hand
a purity of spirit
too good to grace this land

Escaping from her demons
and echoes of the past
ascending toward heaven
to redemption, peace at last.
I know at times there seems no point
No sense in going on
You think you have no more to give
that you'd be better gone

But look back not so long ago
to the last time that you smiled
Do you really think that that alone
does not make life worthwhile?

And what about three weeks ago
when Sarah made us laugh
so hard we almost peed ourselves
would you rather have missed that?

Now think of those asleep upstairs
all safely tucked in bed
How happy do you think they'd be
to find you here, dead?

I know sometimes life can seem hard
sometimes with no way out
but you have the love of friends like me
of that there is no doubt

So put away the pills my friend,
climb down from off that ledge
Dont make the choice to leave today
Let me lead you from the edge

In years to come you will look back
perhaps upon this night
and think kindly of your closest friend
who drew you back toward the light
