This house of mine shines light divine
Yet every night the windows pine
For few are they - like rooms to stay
With tenants working all the time

They're deep where all the doors are locked
but the walls are thin, they'll hear you knock
desires shift and walls are wrought
It's quite a convoluted lot!

Say unto they! He says to me
This house divided cannot see
Communication is the key
And know my will intimately

It stands best that I alone
should take command today
possess this house - a mobile home
lest it drive itself astray

I stay as guest and servant too
The eager son, the master cue
So many rooms remain alight  
To navigate this endless night  

A strong foundation thus unfolds
A hearth of everlasting coals
the embers stir, the fire grows
To warm my everlasting soul

taking pains
what a chore
a whimpering beast
pawing at my core

the world seemed a dark and senseless structure

and trace the stars above your head
in novel shape and style

I want to name the blades of grass
I lie upon with you
In one gulp drink the ocean's vast
and pinch the opal moon

with adventure and death

I'll be by the water
crooked smile laughing with life on my breath
