BROKEN RULES

That one cold day
You were gone
Oh how I longed
To be wrong
Believing
That you could
Never return
Owning
All those bridges
Burned

If like you
I could
Walk away
Save my love
For another day
In the silence
Of forgetfulness
Sudden darkness
Flip a switch
No dread lingering
No emo unrest
Just rap it up
I've done my best

Then I would be
Broken too
Breaking all
The golden rules
...

Will not make you feel better about your hate
Your certified misspelled life that echoes solitude
Your craving for purpose
but still clinging to your virtual reasoning

This poem will not clot your wounds
neither be your salvation in your agony
or your hope in your fading conviction

This poem is not for the faint hearted
Or obtuse sluggish thoughts
the ones with trifling victories of life
that are swept away inevitably

This poem is nothing but a speck of your lives
it'll not suffice your haplessness
Or your pitiful endeavors

This poem will not reborn your hope
Whether it was written by Born
Or not

Autumn

If you ask me what revenge looks like,
I'd answer that it's like a dry leaf,
for it has lost all of it's colors
to the heartbreaks, pain and grief.
So now it'll take it's own revenge,
without any hint or clue,
because when the dry leaves fall,
it's an admirable autumn for you.
The leaves will fall over your head,
and under your feet, you'll crumble some
But autumns are not just beautiful,
they're a promise of the winter to come.
So when the leaves gave up to gravity,
they brought winter along with them.
Now the cold is here to **** you,
with winds full of mayhem.

Okay
Let us take a moment
And break this down
If you don't believe
In global warming
By now
You're probably not
Going to come round

But perhaps
We could take a step back
To when pollution was indeed
A matter of fact
Such as
The black factory smoke
And runoff waste
That fills our water ways
Coal soot that fills our lungs and skies
Sewage that fills our bays

Poisonous smog
Settling over our industrial cities
Toxic chemicals giving birth
Have you no empathy nor pity
"As our"
Emissions are ever choking
Scorching the earth

Can we start over
Sure it's no big deal
Can we at least agree
That pollution is real?
