It's his birthday
Can't help but
Tell him I love him

It's been a heavenly day
Coffee, kisses & cigarettes
Neck bites, flirtatious disses
Romantic, sappy poems
He makes me feel alive
In every possible way

His brown eyes
Gives me
Butterflies
His smile
Makes me
Weak inside

Those french kisses though
So hot, unbelievable
Makes me fall
Under his spell
Every single night
Our love is so right

a whole town goes dark
all cars stand still
lights are out

silence . . .

then, something rushes by
nothing

or is it?

looming out of the jet-black inkiness
knees shake in cold moon
the sudden-roar of a impossible jet for five seconds
tinkling of three pedal-notes in the distance
a child's laughter calling from behind a deserted playground
sinister swirl of seeming-piranha inside the dark sky-folds
a half-dead bulldozer on the rim of a quaking river
murine-teeth ferret in a SUV-carcass long abandoned by instant-gratifixes

after..

birds chittering about the secrets of the night
while leaves embrace the wind*

sub-entry: bring me a bird

bring me a bird
who sings out so clear

yes, bring me a bird
who's not in a cage

He takes photos of me
When we're drunk
When we're alone
We share this
Chemistry
That spark
In our hearts
When we're
At home

We sit on the floor
We talk about
What is ours

I lay almost barely clothed
As he puts his hands
On my waist
We kiss a lot
We drink
And smoke
And then the
Whole night
Becomes
A dreamy
Blur

This kinda describes last night, in some ways.

You spark a fire in my heart
I swear without you
I would fall apart

You are everything
All I want and more
One hit of your love drug
And I'm hooked for life

Sweet and mysterious
Your love is my weakness
Can't live without it
If I even attempted
My heart would break

Love has gone to my head
Losing my mind over this
But I know that this is real
I can't deny what I feel

Symmetric shapes of forms unchanging,
their wings beat as one to turn-
An angle to encompass the dry sun
of which lights sable days.

But human minds, are no different.
Though each politically independent:
Believing of truths and Free; We
are guided by inhibition and the
need for clarity.

Circling the damp waters, they do not ask,
they tell-The river reflecting that of
an illusory image: It tells none but reveals all.
We cannot fly and though cement cannot reflect:
In our faces, we mirror actions and recollections.
Under the stretching of the skies where clouds surprise migrating swans and swallows swallow hard, she came to me with open eyes and arms and took me far away.
We landed in an Island sun to coconuts and Navy *** and before the day was done and the moon was on the rise,I looked again into her eyes,
she nodded her assent,
We kissed so silently her breathing deafened me and there upon the sand beside the moody sea,
I made love with her and she made love with me.
