Such a cynic
I've done so little

Bleak genes
Maybe it's because  
I Know too much
Or it could be
I know too little
And am rather
Self involved
No probably

entomologist
so I don't know
if you have veins
but if you do
treachery runs
in them at least
according to the stories.

when you wish it to
not everyone knows that
they follow
the designated times
for day and night
it may not be healthy
to let it set early
but in the end
it's up to you.

for all the ladys
and some of the men
most are overjoyed
to hear you're
heading to town
chasing away lady winter
especially if they have
no allergy's or memory
of those pyro tendencies
you possess.

Run like the wind
enjoy the freedom
while you can
cars are faster
and one day
you will be corralled
neigh you may say
but tis true I reply.

I curse
your optimistic soul
when i'm down
you try
to cheer me up
your morning person smile
almost makes me grin
and when my
natural negativity
one day gets
the best of you
