things were falling in that room
nothing happy only what's behind that
window that black river
was devoid of any feelings of not
being highly susceptible historian
reminds me of someone

i remembered a moment how i lived in the
lap of that river
one day i went to the rive but my pocket
tire lost all memory
i ran towards you.quickly
you're the only one who accepted all
my flaws.
understand feelings river more than
humans..

Bailey
Skin pulled tight over nimble fingers
Light playing over moving knuckles it's
Euphoric and I
Moan at the ache
In my abused hands

Dry and begging
To be put under the scalding water and
Massaged with soft soap
Frothing and slipping through each
Fold and unfold

Prayer hands come and go for
Minutes until
The water runs cold and I
Dry off and watch and feel again
But I want more and more

I want to do this all night until I bleed and

I might.

I yield to the chanting winds
The ones draining my strength
I try,
I pull,
But I  fall, and
My rivers run red

And sometimes I lose hope
Tormenting whirlwinds nesting in my head debilitate my mind and body...
as my soul hangs from tattered sheets

I can't weep...tears don't solve a thing
This life just stings and for a second I plead
If this is it...agony and pain...
Then please understand
I'm not strong enough
To carry on

Gidgette
It's night again, darkness calls
Rubies fall from cut paper,
shimmering
Like the Nile river at sunset
Painted visceral eyes, pour forth diamonds
sparkling,
as a spider web
kissed
with fresh morning dew in June,
dripping from lashes drawn with
charcoal

Still, ticking continues

Even for paper people

I realised I loved you
When I realised
That you're much more than the softest words,
Stitched together in smoothest cursive,
To produce the most beautiful poem.

You're much more than any word I could use to paint you with and though, the playfulness in your innocent smile deserves a chapter written all about it, you'll always be much more and nothing like the comparisons I use. And I admit it.

And when your decision to never write about me, slowly started making sense, that was when I realised I loved you.

I realised I loved you,
When you taught me
That most of the things I found romantic, are not really love. When you made me question the way I looked at you and through the crumbling foundations, I realised, that what they call love, is usually endless needing. And love does not always need, but love always  wants.

And love chooses. Love chooses to work hard for oneself, and for each other. Love decides to uplift itself. Love does not need you to be its walking stick or support. And I realised I loved you, when I decided to be what I needed from you, so you can see that I want you to stay around, for all your charms and wit and not because I'm a paralysed mess when you're gone.

I realised I loved you,
When I found that no people you love are supposed to be answers, or a destination to a long quest, no. You're not my favorite poetry, or my home, or a problem. But a person who I want to share these with. No, You're not the sun light filtering through the leaves, or the sound the water makes as it falls down a lake. You're not calmness personified and no, you're not some superhero looking for a maiden to help.

You're a human being. All sweat and farts, skin and bones, perfect moments and flaws. You're a human. And not a word I could twist around to shape any way I want.

You're messy handwriting, and heart beating for itself. I realised I love you, when I realised that my heart wanted to beat for itself too. And maybe, just maybe sometimes when we are together, our heart will beat in sync. Or not. It really does not matter. Cause we are much more than all of this.
I just love you, mahn
yesterday, I kissed and danced
in the spring rain, as it fell to the earth
in first light, then heavy drops
there was a massive gray storm cloud,
but a corner of the sky was illuminated
with the hues of a red, pink, and orange sunset
I stood there and watched
the sky cry in bliss,
then in icy agony,
and its tears are what nourishes this world
and makes it thrive.
and I know nothing ever lasts
like the wind,
everything flies away.
but the clouds,
the stars, and moon
the sunsets, and teary skies,
have always been there for me,
for us.
so yesterday,
I kissed and danced
in the spring rain.

Gidgette
I've knelt,
for moons upon moons
Tears flood and drown me
Gravel, dirt
in my knees,
worn as
mere decoration,
stockings
Dust
collected by Time
in an
Hourglass
Paper heart,
Upon moonlit
Paper heart
Time is
Still
And there is
No answer....
