My dreams, my aspirations
spiraling beyond
some fell down
and changed their form

oh wonderful youth
and everlasting energy

now, only for a moment
and remembering this
a little nostalgia
is disturbing my peace

a wake up call
to be grateful

I gathered
knowledge
and the tremendous gift
of being thankful
for life
as it is
still heaving dreams

so very close to my heart
hear
the soft beat is telling you of
the love
I carry inside
feel
the mesmerizing rhythm
will put you asleep
and take you beyond
every day’s sorrow
come my love
surrender
simply surrender
I kiss you goodnight
and watch over you
as

completely mesmerized
by your eyes

I never before felt this
total bliss
caused by your kiss

but short after the start
I fell apart
with a broken heart

my heart opens
like the wings of the white dove
spreading light
in its flight
blessing me

when I think of you
my heart jumps
on the rhythm of nature’s song
a hymn of true wisdom
inviting me
to life’s dance

when I think of you
I am small in your greatness
great in your simplicity
and feel complete
in how I am designed
I bow in grace

of the Mother
and soaring
