Oh my, oh my,
Won't you bat those big blue eyes
Don't cry, don't cry,
My love, people throw rocks at things that shine

Stay a while, with me
Watch the sun set down,
Upon the same old boring town
And you're still the only thing I see
The other half of me
Yet, still so hard to reach
You're so far away, though I can feel your touch
It's how the distance is perceived
She beckons,
Calling me over with a voice so sweet
I reckon,
If she keeps on, she'll have me on my knees
She'll have me begging her,
Please,
Give me a chance to fulfill all your needs
She brushed me aside,
No blink of an eye,
Punish me for the tears I'd made her cry,
My heart falls to the ground,
It bleeds...

Pointed in the right direction
direction is toward my reflection
reflection of my lost connection
connection to a large collection
collection of misplaced affection
affection towards my own selection
selection of my self rejection
rejection leads to infection
infection of a lesser perfection
perfection based on inspection
inspection and easy detection
detection leads to objection
objection to the cross section
section of my imperfection
I tried to distance myself,
My hearts a cold and darkened cell
Right now I'm going through Hell
And you're the only one that helps

Some things you can't deny
These feelings that I feel inside
Their hands reaching for my throat
Won't you save me?
You're my only hope

You're my guiding light,
I can se through the night,
With you by my side
We can paint brilliant colors,
Of lovers,
Of goodbyes, and cigarettes,
You pull me under..

Anger swirls in the depths of the ocean
It grows, swims like a shark after it
sees the blood of a small immature fish
Chasing it furiously even though its
tough, unbreakable, and stronger than
it. Chokes and swallows down the very
last piece. gulp!. Licking its lips in  satisfaction

You were a *******.
And I really hate you.

I tried to write
A poem
About you
But took
A bright red marker
And scribbled it
In loop-da-loops
And spattered
Blue paint around it
With sparkles
Hoping
That you would
Understand
My artistic poetry
Just the
Same
