Neobotanist
perhaps i had it all backwards,
and we are not the more evolved spirits of animals, and animals are not the more evolved spirits of plants

perhaps we are trying to become that which a plant already is:
a converter of suffering into purity, of darkness into light

just as with each in-breath, the plant takes in my suffering
and on exhale, converts it into loving oxygen,
which we drink in hungrily, yet unknowingly,

and just as each spiraling ray of sun is synthesized into pure life energy,
relinquishing the need for consumption of another self,

perhaps we too need to become more like plants,
and not the other way around.

as aspiring plant-beings,
we too can breathe in all that is
and exhale all that is to become.

Rise little girl
It is time
To take to your
Feet and run
the sun was not
yours to carry
Child immaculate
Bring to life your
Heart anew
Dwell in this place
For the light
echoes upon you
it is time to rise, little girl
come walk with the one
seen wearing roses
come talk to the one
felt thru all time
"Let the children come unto me" -Jesus of Nazareth

Anger should
be a reed
or a flute
each breath a trigger
to make you into
a happy villain
that will float you away

I am the one
being willed
but  I can
take my righteous
*** out of the equation

So I got redirected
and reconciled into
a new mode
of thinking

God bless
the trash you
heed like a
motherdome
and god bless me

Tea
Brim rooted in leaves
we steep a *** of tea
to measure its beauty
with dull eyes then
find ourselves with loose lips
Our tongues even lighter
We are living jokes
punch drunk and
laughing at the
wrong time.

Death waits.
But, first develops
a rapport
with you.
letting you
believe in
immortal fancies.
entertaining the idea of
living again. in the flesh.
Alas,
Death can stand no more
of your duplicity. of
your undying hypocrisy.
Then, lights out.
No life, for you.

God is a
shapeshifter
molding paste you
bone for bone
She is the woman
you can not stand
Hand on hip
slapping the
peak of Her
thigh like ***

God is madman
with dope beats
He's got you hooked
already
splicing sounds
into notes as
He watches you
shake your *** like
a possession

God is You
reading this poem
falling in love
with Yourself
over and
over again
like fractals
feeding

My heart
beats like
a light
in action
it speaks
the truth
and knows
what I don't.
