Awakening

When I awakened the pressure was intense
I cried and prayed to God
God held me in that embrace
God helped me to face another day
When the shadows came
I observed without pain
When the manipulating energies emerged
God protected through the purge
When things I didn't understand came
God gave me clarity to regain
In all God gave me faith throughout it all
The unknown
The uncovered
The depths
The discovered
God kept me safe and loved me all the same
The light came and I saw warmth around
The music angelic
The bliss from higher ground
The dark night of the soul
God brought me through
The gratitude and joy always came back to my heart
No matter what I thought I lacked
Sometimes we learn to keep the faith even in uncertainty
The love inside is eternal and is our spirit too ✨
