The beauty of love feeds the heart
Nature is not only nurture but glorious penetrative art
Though the beauty is keen so is the disgust
Sorrow is not only seen but felt it rips the soul apart

Hurt if you feel but learn to know your worst
The devils tongue is sharp and the angels harp weeps

Hear the blessing in the curse
Broken hearts can surely beat as two

I love you so much
I get so scared
I push you away to save you walking away
I want you to stay but I worry you don't
So I look at everything that says that truth but mostly it's the part of me inside that's scared of your rejection
As from many others before did prove
How long can I keep pushing until you leave and I'm left standing there wondering what happened
Can I change this all around and begin now
Change comes from within
So this is my beginning of a hopefully better new start

We are complex creatures wrapped in layers of tissue
Our blood stained heart paints our world
Does it bring us life or pain
Do we flood in water or dance in rain
Does the sunshine highlight our refrain or does it let us blossom to the spirits of our gain
Our eyes capture the beauty or misery of the developing film being played
We can choose to sit back and regain our composition or be brought into the drama again and again
With time not mechanical
We will learn
The love The turning inside our hearts
We are everything and yet nothing
From subconscious the conscious

Boundaries
because others trampled all over them

What is love

I don't want them to be hurting
I know they have pain right now in their lives
I wish I could comfort them but I cannot
I know they have good family and friends so I wish them well.

I see your faults I see your flaws
I'm not perfect as is yours
Though do we have to relive these wars
The battle has spilled too much blood
Killed nature's spirit horse

To find the treasures that are buried inside

I believe in manifestation
Though I'm not sure what I want

The bad can come to me so much easier
The wall was built.
The high blades of grass can be seen
Do I deserve to jump in
The blocks could be placed as steps or obstacles
I placed in a foot
I perch on the wall

Moving with the beat
Smiles galore

Once weekly I have a cry about our love that will never die
I let it out to release the build

Years have seen these tears grieve

Love came to me and parts of all that's seen
Washing myself clean pouring fresh opportunity
Cleansing away negativity in flowing streams
Arms curl to hold comfortably

Too many people self loathing

Took myself outside today
Past the comfort zone
Down the street to supermarket
A place I don't normally roam alone
Did it bit by bit went in on own
Friend met me there
Ok it sounds lame
But I have social anxiety

Which road do you turn
Is free will ever really given
How is there such mercy in sin
Love from forgiven
To carry the weight is a strong burden
And each has our own path to walk
Lessons to learn
Conclusions to churn
Insights to be revealed then burn
As the sun sets up a new day
And that which we think we know can be a stepping stone pave
As the earth reveals deeper troves and alcoves  
Spirit may know and the heart centres the way

Going through the motions
Working through emotions
Healing as you go
Finding out inside, the love you kept away
Bringing it to open, to shine in light of day
