The blanket has holes in it
It scratches like a pin
It is rough
It's prickly
Sensitive on skin
It wraps too tight
Restricting
Movement afflicted
Struggle to breathe
Bound by the plight

Beneath it all
Spirit in flight

In love
In light

Kissing the night
Flying in the sunlight
Free and fancy
No pain in sight

Divine

This is the person I live with
I don't feel like I'm living

Can
you imagine being God
&
carrying the weight of the world

on your  shoulders

Walking home
Set upon
Scorching cigarettes on the arm
Intimidation by the charm
Trying to be calm
They plunge a knife in him
Slowly it penetrates
Feeling it all
Then face returns to a boy four years old
Little boy about to let go
Holding him in a loving embrace
Sentiment of care and grace
A hand rest upon the face
We drift and release
to
that
heavenly
place
Child so full of grace

Your compassion tends
the wounds of the
world

Those you love
Will always love
Despite what comes the way
You have to love them
Send them love
light
healing anyway

feels too much
it tries to release

I'm happy for others
I want to heal them
But can I get an Amen
I'm praying tonight

My most devoted friends are those I've never met

I need to start again
New life
New hope

Feeling like a failure never came easy
I have decided this to be truth of me
As my life is a hash of what I wanted it to be

The middle ground knows it's hard to see
But between it all lives the beauty
The gratitude of what is and the delicate simplicity
The acceptance of the now


The higher self knows all
It glides far over the wall
It sees the deeds the seeds the rise the fall
Does it beg for more
Or guide the call

Ceiling above shifts and moves
Dreams speaking unspoken words
Lift and pull rest and waking lull
Seen mesh with unseen
Wave length unknown
Lights out

The boy that doesn't stand up on the bus to give his seat is
shaking with panic
The ******* the beach with the body she loves to show off had a bad relationship with food she is now full of love
The man with the coughs and splutters in the market store of mutters is braving the cold to tend for his sick beloved household
The girl and boy, women and men that won't open their hearts up again
they are hurt anyway

I don't want my tears
to ever fall
for
nothing.

Can't close my eyes to sleep
Though rest beckons
In dreams the pain fades
Spirit is in a higher state knowing fate
Each morning wake
Paint on brave face
Create a smile

I never knew it was possible
to have a broken heart on top of
a broken heart
Until I felt it

I was just told how weird I was then I bought some crystals
I can't wait for my new wand
Yipeee!!!

These Mirrors
Hold too many visions
It's shine can be blinding and illuminating
The shadows can be contouring and devouring
It just depends on how we see
Highlights to walk

When my twin flame left I had to go inside and learn to love myself through the pain of what was, what has been, and what was perhaps to come

I learnt to dig deeper into my soul

Indigo
Crystal
Rainbow
Seeds looking up to the Starry skies
Their light radiating in the darkness
You can view it
in their
eyes

Even as a child I thought life was a dream
It never felt like my dream though

Think I just accepted
and stopped
dreaming

I believe in manifestation
Though I'm not sure what I want
Do I really need anything
The bad can come to me so much easier
The wall was built.
The high blades of grass can be seen
Do I deserve to jump in
The blocks could be placed as steps or obstacles
I placed in a foot
I perch on the wall

It's so much easier to heal online because of the anxiety and empathy
It gets in the way
you see

My struggles and suffering help those who struggle and suffer
My healing helps too

If you're not busy laughing
You're busy not laughing

I'm going for a wee
Having a cup of tea
And doing some tai chi
In that order hopefully
I knew there was a reason I wrote all this poetry

What you do to another you do to yourself
Once you learn this you don't want to intentionally hurt anyone else
Though we also learn to forgive too
As we recognize our own
fallibility

A garden of extensive beauty
Luscious greens swaying in the wind
Vines climbing reaching high
Flowers growing in the meadows scented smile
Fountains of youth
Rows of bountiful fruit
Lakes of shimmery sparkle
Pools of warm waters embrace
Sunsets of passion
Sunrise of lights ray
You are the setting scene
You are the King
You are the Queen
You are the love of a new day

I look to you
You look to me
We look to one another
Recognition of ourselves
We live within each other

The beauty in the people is when they feel free to talk they come alive

The more people you connect with
The more you see we are not so different

Beautiful people and beautiful hearts suffering with grieving
They should be bathed in beauty
Souls believing

I feel the bitterness rise
But I don't want to betray myself

Pain hits me again like a steel knife
I succumb to the trembling inside

I close my eyes at night and open them to spirits flight
Even behind closed eyes the visions flash
Messages dance across the screen
The projector plays the show
Hosts of ghosts and entities boast
With angels hidden in the night
Always there
just out of sight

There's a rainbow next to my shadow
It's still raining
I have an umbrella and a loyal companion at my side
The colourful rays still shine

Dreaming
Suddenly awoke
Dream remains in my memory, this vision that spoke only shared a significance of animals
In dreams dogs and kittens
Wake to a bird on a perch bright yellow in colour so vivid so sharp could almost touch it
Swung from the wall back and forth from its perch three times
Fourth transformed into a tropical fish black with bright yellow mark curling towards it's tail
Head was in awe visions many times before but so alive it could of been there
Head kept saying bird was a parrot
No I told myself not a parrot
I recognize
- a cockatiel
Yes a cockatiel
Part of the parrot family apparently
Message in the vision
From the heart
to
transformation

Serpent Goddess
Wild and free
Wants you to be all you can be
Achieve all you can dream
Not just be the icing be the cream
Cutting away the crumbs you have let yourself eat
Though knowing those crumbs have at times been your main meal
Setting a match to which you have deemed real
A light shone onto your illusions ideal
The burn can scorch and it may hurt as you feel
These pains are gains so you can heal
The rope has been burning for some time
The serpent love kindles to climb

Tall man in my room
Turn to face him
Startled soon
Though I turned around to face him
so somehow I knew
Turned back to sleep
Took another peep
He was gone
Out from sight
of the deep

I can see my shadow in the light
I can see how it wants to shine
How it longs to be warm
The warmth gives it space to be and to see the gift that it offers

Why does the sky cry?
To water the seeds below
To nourish the ground
To release from murky cloud

To open
to a clearer
day

It's goes way beyond the physical

Spirit
Body
A touch is felt on all levels
An exchange of energy
