"I let it go. It’s like swimming against the current. It exhausts you. After a while, whoever you are, you just have to let go, and the river brings you home."

-Joanne Harris, Five Quarters of the Orange

...you know how i was saying about clearing your mind and letting thoughts dissolve by accepting their presence and remaining still in the space/awareness 'behind' them? well i thought of an analogy for it, it's a fishing analogy so hopefully you'll like it. Think of it as "catch and release"... You can go fishing and catch a few of these thoughts floating around in the river of your mind, but its catch and release so you have to let them go. This way the health of the pool can flourish...you see what i am saying? By you letting the fish go the population grows stronger and nature thrives, IE. you! ...So rather than catching all these fish or thoughts just kick back and enjoy nature, let the rest float away. Eventually you will no longer need to be fishing to appreciate where you are at, and once you reel this in, you are one with the river! Haha, Let'r flow buddy! XO

You yourself are the eternal energy which appears as this universe. You didn't come into this world; you came out of it. Like a wave from the ocean - Alan Watts
