The only way
                  to live is
           to  accept  each
             minute as an
      unrepeatable miracle,
           which is exactly
      what  it  is -- a  miracle
         and unrepeatable
                 and know
   sometimes it's good to pause
             in our pursuit of
        happiness and  just  be
                    happy
             and remember,
     one thought driven home
              is better than
           three left on base.

        The human body was  
             wisely designed
       so  that we can neither
   pat  our  own  back  nor kick
         ourselves too easily
  and  remember  that  no one
          lives in perfection
     and  tomorrow  is  a  new
           untarnished day,
              and you can
         be hurt only if you
                  care a lot.

Open your eyes
          so that you may see
                    the world
                 around you, the
            beauty that surrounds
                           you.

                Open your ears
             so that you may hear
                 all the joyous
              sounds of your world.

                  Slow down so
             you have time to revel
                 in your glorious
              world and breathe it in.

               Forget those painful
           memories as  you  try  to  
                  realize there is
               no   joy   in  re-living
                  unpleasant times.

                       Always try to
                remember, the main
                           cause of
                problems is solutions.

                  Start a new diet -- no
            more eating your own words,
              swallowing your own pride

May  you  be
embraced by
         the
qualities  that
   will  make
    your life
            a
   happier one --
      -- love,
      kindness,
      caring,
      integrity,
      honesty ,
      and trust.

     But know I
           still
       search for
  your purpose for
         me and
   I need so badly
       for you to
     help me to see
       and accept
      that purpose
     and  give  me
         the  will  to
          pursue it.

Do   not   love   easily,
but   well.   Let   your  
love   be   warm  and
generous,   and     do  
not  let anyone  judge
you beyond what you
actually do, thus   you
will not be  judged  by
anyone   harsher  than
yourself.

The   sun    comes   out
everyday and the moon
will  follow  its   course,
    so   do   not   try  to
understand   for    only
time   itself will decide.

The   stars   will   shine
when the clouds do not
hide   them   and  your
joy  will   come   when it
is time.
