a spoiled cup
Jerry Mathew Jul 2021
its just a cup of tea
that i made in a spree
under the shade of a tree
for me to taste and see
how rich is the brew
which covered me in awe
But there was a crow
watching me from above
who spoiled the show
in the form of creamy snow

Hope
Jerry Mathew Jul 2021
Mankind will overcome
And emerge from scratch
And fight this fearsome
Fake and invisible clutch
of dreadful syndrome
which is just a glitch

Future of the Nature
Jerry Mathew Jul 2020
Nature is not just a wild dreamy forest
which gives us rest and zest
She cries when the tree burns,
She screams when the stream dries
Her wails echoes through
the hills
Springs in oasis looked like dreams,
As we drove across the deserts.
May grass sprout in the meadows,
May dew drops caress the leaves,
May seas reflect the blue skies
Suffering of nature
