Another uppity ***** is gone

The bottles and the joints going round

That the uppity ***** was gone

And we seen her and she is finally
Completely dead
And
We are now completely free
To do whatever it is we want!

She works at the diner by the side of the road

Angel in white

The little hungry child is always home
with the dream

The rain feeds the mountain rivers and we live

The road is long and all kinds of folk are here

She
She knows

The little hungry child grows

The gods themselves are wondering

Just what it is that he shall do

I sit before you empty

I too rise up and go

Past the window and out the door

To the passageway leads to dawn

We really know more than we do say
We really do have a sense we've done it all --already


We always say the road'a too long
The hill's too high
The river's too wide

We say
LOOK ! JUST A SIMPLE TRUE LOVE
IS ALL I NEED !

We all know that we delude ourselves
And why we do it

A short walk ? Eh ?
This grubby drugged up and ***-crazed existence
Among child abusing perverts is a bit old
But why are we learning to play the same games?

All the symbolism the poetry---
Teaches us only that every image is connected to a universal truth
And that all our feelings yield a spiritual integrity

Over and over we sing the same dead song
This we know!
Yet we repeat

The road's too long
The mountains too high
The river's too wide

The old man comes his sons
are the tillers of the soil

The eagles soar thru scented skies
And saintly hours carry
Each maiden to the holy sanctuary

Please !

See the sacredness that is here

And act accordingly

A short walk --- come
Let us talk until we are sure

That everybody has admitted
That yes

They really do
Know and understand everything
