In his head he thought highly of them
Time pasted he hyped up others
So much change over the years
A lonely guy who wanted a family
Friends with kids and not happy
Still single waiting for the one
Looking for love while others lust
While others divorced calling it quits
Blaming young love for it failing
Starting a new relationship
The way he felt changed
Seeing things differently
Feeling hated by everyone
Unworthy of love wanting to fit in
On the outside looking in
All the resentment keeping a distance

We all have a family member that has everything and it's never enough
Talks about everyone but does nothing to contribute
Gives an opinion when no one asked
If asked says nothing and does not contribute to the conversation
Usually bullies their way to the top acting like their way is right
Most learn to not say anything and walk away
Because you'll end up in a one sided argument
They'll talk over you and debate justifying their wrong as right
Once you make a mistake they try to expose you take you down
Trying to turn everyone against you
They'll try to isolate you but failed you prefer being alone
Never been materialistic I respect people not possessions

Training on the beach
The sunshines while the breeze blows
Pushing your body lifting your feet
To keep from sinking in the sand
Hitting the pads and holding pad
The loud smack from the impact
A high punch to the face a strong defense
A low punch to the body bob and weave
Kicks are another dangerous factor
High kicks towards the head be on defense
Low kicks chopping legs pain from shins colliding
Reducing the power of the push from the feet
Hands up block your face elbows to protect the body
Knee strikes are never ending when done correctly
An elbow strike to the face all momentum
Training for the big fight a year round sport

You can't keep living off past experiences
Time to create new stories to tell
New experiences fresh encounters
Go on new adventures live life
Journey into new realms new people
Take on personalities that stimulate the mind
Let go of old friends that lost contact
Be in the scene get lost in the crowd
Stand out not losing yourself
Challenge yourself to do better
Be more stop settling for less
The growth results so much progress

See the world in the light
Another great writing session
Facing fears thoughts of confrontation
Overcome troublesome thoughts
Learning to love yourself again
Years of resentment from a broken heart
Rising up from the past that crashed
Healing over time memories fade
Staying in the present not going back
Time is moving fast healing this heart
Healing with a new mindset no regrets

Things haunt your mind

Not one to complain or whine
