Woke up sore from training and cardio he wanted to get back to doing it slowly work for it. He wasn't use to it or sure he'd get back to those crazy obsessed dazes.
Older now not stressing over body image all he wanted was for his clothes to not fit so tight or snug. He lacked a social life that would soon consume him distracting him from his training.
Dieting was key but hard since he was an emotional eater his job was demanding he was on the go making time. finding balance was the hard part.

Everything you did got washed off
Added some character gave it flare
All of a sudden everyone is divided
Everything growing new ideas
Some want the same old thing not open to change
Character rose above the main
Reset everything saying it was a dream
Waking up saying it never happened
Using people for likes and subscribers
Once things look good cut off talent
Act like you're the genius master mind
Tried to cross promote only in it for yourself

Feeling the vibe down with the best
At the Mike about to spit a line
Clear this mind of others insanity
Down for mine someone always mad
Straight up with the truth (freedom)
So many fueled by hatred (consumed)
Forgiving everyone seeing good in others
Regret walking egg shells
Bad egos acting bold miserable infecting others
Trying to take all your credit
Starting to regret it being nice
Holding back taking the heat
Biting this tongue not my life or problem

He hated running his pace was slow he felt like he could walk faster. With his cousin going around the block twice trying to maintain the same pace.
It wasn't a race he remembered the days when he would jog 5 miles everyday he was a teenager now an older man in his late 30s. Deep breaths trying to not let up and finish strong. Avoiding the sun because when he tanned he got dark right away.
He didn't care for the summer heat trying to stay hydrated in the garage training with his cousin doing pad work pushing one another to the limit bringing out the best in one another.
He was glad to be on this journey pursue next level ventures. Use to training seeing it as his big event. His cousin would be able do it. Very talented and young with lots of skills and heart that made a difference. They shared a dream but he let the politics of the sport bother him and hold back.

He remembered living out of his bag on the road and on the go. Never had a place to call him. He left home at a young age hated being home and babysitting taking on others responsibility. He was told by his mother get a life so he set out into the world to be someone make something of his life
He came up short did all the things he hated. He cleaned up his act after hitting rock bottom picking up where he left off starting again. Praying he'd make it, do it right this time around.
Times have changed but so did he. Growing not stuck in those traumatic years. Rising up being told no made him want it more. Doing it while they said it couldn't be done. Meant to be somebody years of being treated like a nobody.

He was tired of hiding his skills and talent because he didn't like anyone talking about him or being the center of attention. No matter what he did others were threatened by him still coming at him sour. Lots of twisted people trying to bring him down with them. They saw good in him but didn't want him doing better than them

The mind playing tricks on him. All the love for her was gone denying a huge part of himself. He didn't need judges in his life. He was his worse critic dieing inside trying to survive the internal struggle. Memories fading flashbacks going dimming into the darkness.
Everything changed walking through the crazy things are better now. Kept his head up when all he wanted to do was keep it down all those burdens crushing the heart he wore on his sleeve.
He was called crazy for showing emotion. Got lost in his feelings trying to help others. Made out to be an *** for not speaking up or saying anything. Lost in his thoughts made out to be delusional.
