Being pushed by corrupt leadership

He loved his family but didn't like them trying to tell him how to live his life. Especially they didn't have their stuff together.
He didn't have kids so he could go out with no curfew. Being single could be lonely but he had the freedom to date and see anyone he wanted.
Anything he did seemed to bug them. He had a type who knew skin tone would be a factor but old family traditions they wouldn't approval.
All he did was work he wanted a life outside of that before he'd work hard and they'd make him feel like it was a waste of time
Now he's working hard and actually getting props and the credit he deserves. He was cutting people he didn't agree but still respected them. While those opposers made everything personal because they can't debate so they slander his character.
He missed them but didn't belong he thought he made a mistake but things are better and feeling right. It's better than expecting the worse.
He was honest with people while they through lies in his path. Becoming detours because they needed to be the center of attention. He walked away and minded his mouth one of the best moves

How things should be said
Doesn't come out accordingly
Outside x factors changing things up
Asking is it worth it does it matter
Judges minds are made up not a debate
Proving yourself doesn't matter
Impossible to redeem ones self
Proving them wrong things aren't right
From close to stranger more heat
Fake attitudes the danger cut so deep
Dk how to act won't let one another be
One with the grudge sorry is not enough
Other trying to change dying with bad habits
The frustration taking it's toll breaking out of this death grip

So much on the mind staying pro
Focused on the work double time
Don't care for titles or politics
Work hard or harder take some pride
Please stop talking step it up
Sizing everyone up wasting time
Ain't no one bothering with you
Bad attitude no right to be rude
Pretending to care being petty
Everyone sees through the act
Talking down on everyone
Now your surprised others spoke up
Provoking others the tabs adding up
Thinking there's no consequence
Now playing victim heres the receipt
Sneaking up others are doing the work
Not doing any work the never to criticize

We have the same blood not the same
Seeing opportunities rising up
Blaming others and manipulation
Taking charge of others so much deceit
Forming an evil pack with a common rival
Judging everyone instead of talking it out
Holding a grudge acting like you're right clearly in the wrong
Staying strong an ego to feed
No one is saying your name
Talking about important manners

A nobody working behind the scenes
Working with a somebody
Remembering the glory days
Working harder Than before
They dk him or what he can do
Rose above the lies cutting ties
Proving them wrong not boxed in
Lots of self-improvement with growth
Not part of the rumors drifting away
From close to complete strangers
Fought for them stood by their side
Now against you attacking strong
Taking the blame in the name of love
Opened to change new mindset
Everyone remained the same negative

Finding passion in the ink
Emotions in the pages
Thoughts flowing coping with peace
Not carrying others burdens
Staying out use to being kept out
Not worth the fight would rather be writing
Too many imposing instead of informing
Educate instead of discrimination
Trying to understand not give into demands
Seeing others as an equal being respectful
Not empowering wild ideals
