He gave her the look
Not the look that his friends gave her
Not the suggestive look
Not the kind of look
That someone took with their eyes
But the kind of look used only
With their brain
A brain that saw more than a chest
And more than mere legs
A brain that recognized another brain
One on fire for curiosity
With a drive for discovery
And a lust for the unknown
This look was not intended to put out the fire
Or to hit the brakes
Or to **** the mood
But to douse flames with lighter fluid,
Step on the gas,
And love the lust.
Stick your arm through your chest
And pull out your heart
I guess forgetting all love
Is a good place to start.
Keep your hands ******
Leave your chest bare
And if somebody shut it
I guess they might care.
But until they can prove it
Keep shining your sheath
Apply some dark eyeliner
And sharpen your teeth.
Keep your friends close
And nobody closer
Lonely sounds better
Than whiny push over.
Preach what you practice
Take your advice
Bad pastor, good cop
Either way, don't play nice.
Because look where that got you
All this anger and hate
I guess if they loved you
You wouldn't be in this place.
So be ruthless and heartless
All the 'less-es' out there
Keep the blood on your hands
If that makes them care.
Throw your heart on the floor
And love with it, too
They wouldn't have laughed
If they truly loved you.
I don't know. Just, don't laugh at people and stuff.
Your text
Lights up my smart phone's screen
Elated, excited and feeling dumb beyond belief
For a minute I allowed my mind to wander
Dangerously thinking
Falsely interpreting your message's meaning
Forgetting just for a moment
Your smiles mean nothing
Forgetting that we're just friends
"What's up"
That's what your text will say
Followed by a
"Did you see her smile today?"
Yes I did.
No she didn't wave.
The smile wasn't aimed even aimed at you
Every week
I watch you watch her like a fool
Coming to me for advice you're too afraid to use
Pathetic is the only word that comes to mind when I think
Of how you agonize over every move she makes
Yes that was a blink.
No it wasn't a code.
Blinking twice doesn't mean yes, once doesn't mean no
As much as I despise your infatuation
I'm guilty of a crime of similar aggravation
I like you but you'll never know
This has been in a notebook of mine for a while . Guess I'll finally share it .
I want to feel you **** me again,
This time just like you tried back then,
I want to look you in your degenerating eyes,
To search inside all your precious lies,
The ones you were fed from youth,
The ones you believed as your truth,
I want to create your shattered reality,
And drive you into cowardice insanity,
I want to relive that desperate moment with you,
I want to ignore the pain and feel what was true,
I've released this relentless anger you inflicted,
But I know somehow you will always be addicted,
To the screams you heard on that delicate day,
So I wish to perform again and to your dismay,
No screams or pleas to stop the strain,
No ******* from body to brain,
Only stone cold eyes looking back at yours,
As your soul becomes the one mine devours.
Years after the incident, I finally feel like I am strong enough that I could face the devil himself without even flinching. My pain will no longer be someone else's satisfaction.
Deep from her eyes, he doesn't fail to notice, cruelty peeps out,
the hidden message he reads: beware eager to pounce.
Her ample cleavage signals there is warmth in store,
making the picture, quickly cozy and clear.
Her eyes practice to perfect the visual language of desire,
his lips are ever eager to munch the sweetness of her words,
her  limbs, vines in need of a trunk to climb, eyes his chiseled torso
the waves of intense desire, he feels,  lashing against his heart seeking her.
