I have a flower
It is beautiful in life
And watching it die
Snap, Crackle and Pop
Muscles flap and Joints will creak
The music begins.

"Ready..."

No time for deep thoughts
Smell cigarettes on the air, cordlite overpowers
Blood and **** and my eyes are covered
Hard drag on that cigarette

No need to wonder
Wind changes and cool on skin
Go steady as in life
Brace, go hard

Deserve this, fought back
Ten men, one bullet; good odds
And me
Always good odds

"Aim.."

Not crying, knew this end
Beginning a teacher, ending a leader
Hero, savior, soldier, teacher
Wanted

Too brave and too effective
Price on my head
Dead or alive
Traitors, died first

Choices and no regrets
Tyranny fails if given a chance
Born for this life, death
Dirt beneath my feet

Exhale, last breath
Feel the sun on my face
Think of brothers, friends
Duty to family, ideals, country

"Fire."
Love...
I thrive on the subtlety
of the dance,
and the mystery of
breathless romance.

As the arms interlock
with such grace,
elegant finesse and
exertion
and the intensity of
sensual emotions
come alive,
played out in a
connection of such
passionate coercion.

Firm hands to curved
hips,
the slow meeting of
burning eyes,
the soft graze of
moist lips.

The music consumes
us as the tempo
does rise and fall...
and we glide and move
in rapturous trance
and heed the lover's
call.

A place in the country is where I'll retreat.
A place in the country is where two will meet.
A place in the country is where I'll find peace.
A place in the country is where all stress will cease
Let's rest a while, you and I.
Let's lock away grief and worry.
Let's rest a while, you and I.
Life just goes by in such a hurry.

If you had to go,
It would compliment my heart
If you left nothing
Give all to love;
Obey thy heart;
Friends, kindred, days,
Estate, good fame,
Plans, credit, and the muse;
Nothing refuse.

'Tis a brave master,
Let it have scope,
Follow it utterly,
Hope beyond hope;
High and more high,
It dives into noon,
With wing unspent,
Untold intent;
But 'tis a god,
Knows its own path,
And the outlets of the sky.
'Tis not for the mean,
It requireth courage stout,
Souls above doubt,
Valor unbending;
Such 'twill reward,
They shall return
More than they were,
And ever ascending.

Leave all for love;—
Yet, hear me, yet,
One word more thy heart behoved,
One pulse more of firm endeavor,
Keep thee to-day,
To-morrow, for ever,
Free as an Arab
Of thy beloved.
Cling with life to the maid;
But when the surprise,
Vague shadow of surmise,
Flits across her ***** young
Of a joy apart from thee,
Free be she, fancy-free,
Do not thou detain a hem,
Nor the palest rose she flung
From her summer diadem.

Though thou loved her as thyself,
As a self of purer clay,
Tho' her parting dims the day,
Stealing grace from all alive,
Heartily know,
When half-gods go,
The gods arrive.
